Position: Courtesy Transportation Coordinator
The courtesy vehicle coordinator is responsible for managing the dealership's loaner and courtesy vehicle program, ensuring smooth and efficient customer transportation while maintaining our high standards of service. This role requires a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment and values teamwork. 

Location: Robert Basil Buick GMC Cadillac- 3477 Southwestern Blvd. Orchard Park, NY 14127

Compensation: $22/hr

Schedule: Full Time

Courtesy Transportation Coordinator Job Duties:Track and coordinate a fleet of courtesy transportation vehicles including cars, SUVs, and light trucksMonitor vehicle condition, including cleanliness and inspect for damage pre and post customer useComplete loaner agreements and ensure proper documentation is signed and filedMonitor vehicle to reach but not exceed manufacturer team and mileage limitsCommunicate with the service team to anticipate customer needs and coordinate timely vehicle availabilityArrange concierge drop off and pick up remotely for customer convenienceEnsure all insurance, registration and safety documentation is up to dateProvide excellent customer service with a warm, friendly attitudeAssist with other service department tasks as needed Courtesy Transportation Coordinator Job Duties:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior customer service or dealership experience preferredExcellent organizational and communication skillsComfortable using computer systems and managing schedulesAbility to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesA team player who thrives in a people-first environmentProfessional appearance with strong work ethicMust be able to pass employment screening (background and drug test)Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required
