Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain collaborative relationships within the mission center and clientDesign and delivering training sessions and evaluating the success of training programsCollaborate with other stakeholders to ensure that training aligns with overall goals and objectivesCreate Teaching plans, develop instructional materials, and courses that meet the needs of the clientManage actions from internal/external customers and ensure products are timely/well written/coordinated and represent center activities, equities and prioritiesEnsure that the center responds to taskings in a timely and effective manner

Work Environment:

Location: On-siteTravel Requirements: Moderate local travel to multiple sites within WMA, 25%Working Hours: Standard/

Qualifications:

Required:

Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with a PolygraphEducation: Experience: Minimum of 10 yearsDrafting Correspondence: Experience drafting formal correspondence using client-specific softwareCommunication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Desired:

The Lead Instructor/Facilitator must be a self-starter, who demonstrates initiative and a team player, who will work closely with other members of the instructional tam to design and develop training materials.A friendly and collaborative attitude; ability to work well independently and in groups with minimal supervision; ability to navigate ambiguity, embrace client oversight at all levels, and balance competing demands.Proficient in Microsoft Office and various office equipment with demonstrated ability to learn new software systems and applicationsAbility to manage, organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to lead and facilitate training programsStrong organizational, administrative, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
