Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Supplier Management Specialist to support critical infrastructure projects. This role involves managing supplier relationships, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements across multiple project modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate with offices in Atlanta and Boca Raton to ensure seamless project execution. The candidate will be able to jump right into the day-to-day operations, predominantly utilizing the contracts and supplier management modules in Coupa.
ResponsibilitiesManage supplier relationships and oversee procurement processes.Ensure compliance with contract requirements across multiple project modules.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.Coordinate with offices in Atlanta and Boca Raton.Utilize contracts and supplier management modules in Coupa effectively.Essential Skills3–5 years of experience in supplier management or procurement.Proficiency with procurement and contract management systems.Strong communication skills for supplier negotiations.Understanding of federal contracting compliance, implementation, and engineering.Additional Skills & QualificationsBackground in consulting or infrastructure projects.Experience with N4 is beneficial if available.Previous remote work experience in the EST time zone.Work Environment
This position is 100% remote, offering the flexibility to work full-time during EST business hours (8 AM – 5 PM). The role is set in a collaborative, small team environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr.
