Coupa Procurement Administrator
Work Flexibility: Hybrid

Stryker is implementing Coupa globally as our Indirect Procurement buying portal. You will serve as a Coupa Business Administrator to ensure the buying portal’s usability and business needs are continually met. You will be part of a team that is responsible for run activities post go-live and be responsible for leading and supporting continuous improvement of the Coupa user experience and activities.

What you will do

Review new Coupa release notes, assess impacts, create test scripts, and maintain configuration records.

Participate in cross-functional reviews to identify how new Coupa features can benefit the business; prepare ROI and value analyses on proposed improvements.

Coordinate Coupa User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage regression testing during releases.

Partner with IT Admins and the IT SOX compliance team to maintain, improve, and address gaps in the Coupa user provisioning process.

Provide day-to-day support: resolve pending approval escalations, troubleshoot issues, and answer stakeholder questions regarding the Coupa portal.

Drive continuous improvement by gathering user feedback, identifying process/control gaps, exploring automation opportunities, and proposing best-in-class procurement solutions.

Create and maintain Coupa Admin metrics reports to monitor adoption, compliance, and key performance indicators.

Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Tax teams to optimize P2P processes, support audits, and document business processes and workflows.

What you need

Required:

Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance) or equivalent

4+ years of experience in procure to pay processes, other business/finance/IT processes or project management roles

MS skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI

Preferred:

4+ years’ experience working with procurement systems, process flow automation and help desk support activities, highly preferred

Coupa Admin Certified, highly preferred

Indirect or direct purchasing and/or production planning experience, highly preferred

ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/other), highly preferred

Travel Percentage: 10%
