Syntegon Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. located in Bangkok is the regional Service-HUB, approximately 50 colleagues (Sales, Technical Support and Field Service) are devoted to supporting our customers in SEA, Pakistan and Australia / New Zealand.

We are expanding our Engineering team in Asia Pacific. The growing business and additional  responsibilities require an extended team of motivated and experienced internal sales colleagues. In this role, you will interact daily with colleagues from various countries.

Job DescriptionIdentify the potential for Service-products (Spare-Parts, Modifications, Technical Support, Service-agreements etc.) and develop a strategy together with the management to grow our Service-sales in Thailand and other countryAgree on Sales-targets with the management and define and execute measures to achieve the targets.Establish a close personal relationship with customers, identify their potential and needs and conduct periodic consultative meetings on site and online.Build trust in the brand of Syntegon among customers, identify areas of dissatisfaction and follow through measures to increase customer-satisfactionObtain information on competitors’ activities both for Service and New Equipment; detect opportunities to offer new equipment  Collaborate closely with manufacturing entities, colleagues from new-equipment-sales and other departmentsDevelop a constructive relationship with our Agent and align activities where necessary.Report timely and in appropriate quality on your activities to management and peers (visit-reports, forecasts, lost-order-reports etc in CRM)Collect and summarize the technical requirements (RFQ) for new inquiries, prepare risk-assessment and identify possible obstacles and ways to overcome them  Observe market-trends and industry regulations, assist marketing with input for machine improvements and future service product development.

QualificationsBachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or/and other fieldsMinimum of 3-year experience in technical sales, automation, system solution, preferably in machinery industry or technical industrial productsGood experience with MS Office, CRM. Experience with SAP is preferredGood English, both in spoken and writtenStrong customers orientation; detail-oriented and excellent problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills and able to handle multiple tasks using organizational  skillsProven ability to work independently on your own initiatives as well as in a team- environment with ability to travel in the region.
