The DHL Fulfillment Network (DFN) is a strategic initiative aimed at optimising global logistics operations by standardising processes across sites, countries, and regions. Our ambition is to build the largest global fulfillment network truly based on one global standard, allowing our customers to use our smart, on-demand fulfillment service across all regions.

As a DFN Country Sales Manager you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy. You'll be instrumental in identifying and closing business deals with small to medium-sized eCommerce companies in Indonesia. This is a unique opportunity to lay the foundations for our presence in strong markets, drive lead generation, and convert opportunities into tangible business wins. Key Responsibilities:

\n\nGenerating leads and utilizing the Salesforce CRM lead queue to qualify inbound leads.\nConverting leads into real sales opportunities and owning them until they become business wins, including managing the Salesforce process and contract preparation.\nBuilding relationships with other DHL business units to contribute to cross-business unit lead exchanges.\nManaging up to 10 live opportunities at any given time, from early lead stage through to close.\nAnalysing early leads and collating data for the Sales Leader to support decision making.\nActing as the commercial point of contact to capture structural customer data needed for pricing and proposal creation.\nWorking closely with marketing to improve digital marketing campaign effectiveness using specific single country insights.\nEstablishing DHL Supply Chain and the DHL Fulfillment Network in the local eCommerce community.\nFostering operational relationships with DHL sites and salespeople across business units, including local travel to engage in regular meetings.\nActing as a local change manager to help sites establish new ways of working within DHL Fulfillment Network standards.\n\n

Required Skills and Experience:

\n\nExperience in a consultative selling environment, preferably in eCommerce.\nPassionate about transactional sales and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.\nEntrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take initiative in growing the business in a new country.\nStrong communication skills\neCommerce market understanding, including understanding business models and market trends.\nLogistics experience, including knowledge of Fulfillment and Last Mile Operations.\nFluent language skills in English and Indonesian\n\n
