🌍 About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Country Sales Manager to lead and expand Radiometer’s commercial footprint in Turkey. In this role, you will lead a growing sales team and manage distributor partners to deliver sustainable growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing and executing the national sales strategy, managing people performance, and owning the full commercial P&L.
This is a high-impact leadership position where you will be the face of Radiometer in Turkey — representing a brand that clinicians trust and a purpose that truly matters.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & People Development
+ Lead, coach, and inspire a team of direct sales professionals and commercial support staff.
+ Oversee distributor performance, align objectives, and foster accountability across all partners.
+ Create a high-performance culture driven by ownership, development, and collaboration.
+ Attract and retain top commercial talent while fostering internal growth.
Commercial Strategy & Execution
+ Define and execute the Turkey commercial strategy in alignment with EMEA and global objectives.
+ Implement Danaher Business System (DBS) tools to drive commercial excellence and continuous improvement.
+ Lead territory planning, resource allocation, tender management, and pricing strategies.
+ Ensure effective pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and robust market coverage.
Customer Engagement & Market Expansion
+ Build and maintain strategic relationships with key hospital systems, public tenders, private labs, and ministries.
+ Identify and capture new business opportunities and untapped market segments.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, operations, and service to deliver full customer value.
Business Ownership & Governance
+ Full P&L ownership for Radiometer Turkey.
+ Deliver revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion in line with business targets.
+ Monitor competitive dynamics and share market intelligence with EMEA leadership.
+ Uphold Radiometer and Danaher’s ethical, compliance, and regulatory standards in all commercial activities.
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
+ Proven experience in commercial leadership roles within diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare sectors.
+ Strong track record in team management, distributor oversight, and complex sales environments.
+ Deep understanding of the Turkish healthcare system, tenders, procurement, and regulatory environment.
+ Strategic mindset with strong analytical, operational, and execution skills.
+ Fluent in Turkish and English with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
