**职务描述:**
The Country Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the country sales plan requiring the generation of new business within new or existing accounts and the retention of existing accounts. He/She coaches sales team to develop their sales skills and increase their product knowledge and achieve business targets.
**Job Description**
+ To initiate and develop sales and marketing strategies through motivating professional sales team spirits and pursuing for service excellence to achieve country business plan goals.
+ Monitor the country service quality and strengthen the competitive edge through cross functional collaboration to ensure service excellence.
+ Lead service and sales activity across UPS's portfolio of Express products and services with the need to also support the growth of UPS's Freight Forwarding and Contract Logistics business volumes and profitability.
+ Identify individual and team skill gaps and developmental opportunities to facilitate individual and team development. Coach others and provides feedback and support to improve performance.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics and Transportations / Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent. Master’s degree, MBA will be a plus.
+ More than 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in sales management capacity, preferably in forwarding / logistics / express industries.
+ Strong knowledge in business environment and Express or Freight Forwarding market.
+ Exceptional analytical, conceptual, presentation skills and problem-solving abilities.
+ Adhere to policies and procedures and balance with customers’ needs.
+ Excellent Communication, negotiation and interpersonal Skills.
+ Proficient in written & spoken English and other languages will be a plus.
