Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience + 5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting HR/People Processes + 3 years of experience with strategic and operational initiatives + Experience in local legal and regulatory requirements for local HR practices and standards + Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client management in the region Preferred qualifications: + Certification in Lean/Six Sigma + Experience with Digital Transformation/HR Digitalization + Experience in human resources, people programs, or other large-scale people related roles + Experience leading multiple priority projects in parallel and program managing large-scale complex projects + Experience with a data driven approach to decision making and data analysis, and proficiency with Google sheets and AppsScript + Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas As a Country Process Owner, you will serve as a process designer for our hire-to-retire portfolio of activities and projects. You will be responsible for designing process and program improvements to address local business needs at a country level, design and plan the rollout of service changes, coordinate local vendors and work to develop and maintain resource documentation, including process mapping, training materials and knowledge management. You will be able to use your exceptional problem-solving, change management and process design skills. You will be taking thoughtful risks, iterating quickly, and working side-by-side with an amazing team of Googlers driving alignment across different functions.
