This leadership role is responsible for aligning Company & Bottler under a common destination, growth plan and end-end local execution plan.What You’ll Do for Us:Lead the Ukrainian & Moldovan Franchise Operations with full end-to-end responsibility including setting the short/long term destination, growth ambition, portfolio management, RGM & commercial execution, internal & external stakeholder management.Deliver Ukraine & Moldova Business Plan commitments – lead annual business planning together with the local bottling partner (Coc-Cola Hellenic), manage ongoing business, decide on corrective actions or acceleration plans to ensure results are deliveredManage the 50/50 and local brands’ P&LDeliver the commercial development agenda, focus on “big wins” which offer transformational change to the financial performance of the system – RGM, OBPPC, Shopper Marketing· Lead the Country Operations team leverage the multi-functional resources in the network· Clearly and consistently understand the anatomy of our business and the competition to provide execution support to Bottler senior management and strengthen KO-Bottler partnership within Ukraine and Moldova.  · Primary responsible for improving competitive position at the designated countries.· Responsible for KO P&L for the designated country/territory· Drive the execution of the strategic agenda integrating System partners and the network around a holistic strategy and plan· Govern system business routines (Performance weekly & quarterly, financial, Quality, CIF etc.) around key business indicators to assess evolution and adjust plans· Support external stakeholder management with representation of the company in Ukraine where relevant.Lead office engagement plans and ensure a highly motivated and engaged team Qualifications & Requirements: 15 years of Business and/or functional experience in Operation/Strategy related areas  Proven trajectory as leader of leaders and influencing a senior leadership teamPeople manager with excellent leadership capability, able to work in a diverse cultural environment, highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levelsMust have robust understanding of system dynamics, business strategy, portfolio management and end-end executionMust be a master in the extraction of actionable commercial insights and development of competitive strategies and initiatives  Have solid risk management and contingency planning skillsLead end to end alignment of country integrated execution plan process with Bottling partnersCapture and network best practices, import and export good ideasRole model the “Leadership in the Network” definitionMultiple top-level interactions with senior management team members of KO system  Strong negotiation, influence and communication skills to align strategies as well as build value-based relationships through numerous sensitive situations (typically with bottler) are essentialAbility to lead cross functional teams with non-hierarchical networks with strong collaboration and communication skillsTravel requirements:10% of travel required
