The Team
The Fortinet Sales team is a group of highly committed and tenacious professionals, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire for success. We work together with organizations of all sizes around the world to keep their digital environments protected. We educate, inspire, and empower our clients in their journey to security.
Your Role
In this key role, you will manage, direct and drive sales success in Israel. You will find a solid foundation in terms of business, processes and team structures. Your responsibility includes the creation and implementation of strategic plans focused on market and team growth. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and influencers and leverage these relationships.
Your key activities will include:
Direct and motivate a substantial team of Enterprise and Commercial Sales, Channel, Systems Engineers and Marketing. Maximize Fortinet´s opportunity with Thought Leadership activities. Serve as the lead contact responsible for the flow of information to/from executive management. Works closely together with the local Management Team in order to maximize the primary business focus and take responsibility for the quality and success of activities in the territory. Develop relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners in the territory. Leverage existing relationships with key media and press. Consistently build and deliver on an accurate territory pipeline.

Experience in leading and developing a successful team within the technology sector. Proven ability to sell large scale solutions to enterprise customers. Experience in the Cybersecurity Industry. A proven track record of significant over-quota achievement and demonstrated career stability. Experience in closing large Enterprise deals. Excellent presentation skills to Executives & individual contributors. A goal-oriented individual, with vast interpersonal managerial skills, strong business acumen and positive leadership abilities, with proven results in mentoring, motivating and developing teams.
