We are looking for motivated Commercial Manager Croatia. Your main targets will be to lead and develop a sales and marketing unit with profit & loss responsibility according to group strategy, objectives, and business needs.
Your primary tasks:
Lead the operations of a sales and marketing unit to achieve its short- and long-term objectives as set by the overall business plan.Lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, processes, and compliance activities to ensure that all organizational objectives and efficiencies are met.Pull together and consolidate resources to sell products and services and serve customers.Actively liaise with the most important clients and collaborates cross-functionally to align resources serving customer demand.Lead and manage performance effectively. Emphasize learning and development, and challenge staff to continuously improve key competencies.We expect you to:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field, preferably in construction or indoor climate5+ years of experience in a similar positionSelf-motivation and the ability to work in a teamExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsFluent in Croatian and EnglishGFBFS offers
