Key ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire UK teams to achieve ambitious sales and marketing goalsDevelop and execute a 5-year strategic plan aligned with global objectivesDrive operational excellence, financial performance, and regulatory complianceBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders including the NHS and DFATChampion the company’s values and foster a high-performance, collaborative cultureOversee logistics, forecasting, and market access strategiesEnsure compliance with UK regulations, OH&S, and GDPR standards
