What do you get to do in this position?
Demonstrate business and sales leadership and drive team of industrial automation business unit.Develop & Grow Channel Partner business for Automation, Drives and SCADA systems.Forecast correctly and manage top and bottom lines assigned to Business UnitClosely monitor the opportunity portfolio and develop a strong pipeline.Create program and initiatives to lead the country channel partners to enter key markets.Who are we looking for? - This job might be for you if\:
Bachelor of Science in a technical field (i.e.\: BS Electrical Engineering, BS Electrical and Electronic Engineering, BS Control & Automation EngineeringVery good command of English language skills (both verbal and written)Minimum 5 years of industrial automation experienceSchneider Electric Automation prior product knowledge is a plusField experience is desirable. Process control experience is a plusAbility to manage channel partners and customers demand.Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to analyze issues and resolve conflicts Unrestricted.Ability to multitasks, prioritize and effectively meet deadlines.
