As a CSE Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving KONE’s Customer Solutions Engineering strategy. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers, ensuring resources are aligned with business priorities while fostering collaboration, competence development, and strong customer focus. This is an opportunity to combine leadership with technical expertise while representing KONE as one team towards our customers.
What will you be doing?
Lead and develop a team of CSE Engineers and Specialists, including setting targets and conducting PDPs/IDPs
Allocate CSE resources based on sales needs, early engagement cases, and sold jobs (MS0b)
Balance resources across FL, Area, SL, and Hub organizations
Facilitate knowledge sharing and create a collaborative working environment
Drive team competence development and customer-focused behaviors
Monitor and lead team performance to achieve business goals
Are you the one?
Minimum 4 years of operations/engineering experience, preferably in customer solutions engineering
Strong people leadership and resource management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Proficiency with office tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Fluent in English (advantage)
Confident decision-maker with problem-solving and conflict management skills
Open to learning KONE-specific platforms, policies, and processes
