In this role you will manage accounting functions and prepare financial reports for the assigned affiliate. Ensure accurate and reliable data for business operations and serve as a liaison between the company, government, and auditors. **Key Responsibilities:** + Coordinate with RSS Americas Finance teams and execute closing activities for timely and accurate account closures. + Analyze and communicate profit and loss accounts and balance sheet reviews. + Oversee Internal Controls of Financial Reporting (ICFR) and related documentation. + Review monthly balance sheet reconciliation and rectify anomalies. + Ensure accurate and timely submission of reporting packages (e.g., Sustainability, Insurance). + Manage IFRS 16 Leasing matters. + Approve manual journal entries and manage period cost allocations. **Accounts Receivables / Payables:** + Review and approve manual billings, debtors aging, vendor invoices, and payments. + Ensure financial integrity of AR and AP balances. **Treasury:** + Manage cash flow, fund transfers, FX deals, credit facilities, and banking matters. **Master Data:** + Oversee master data management (Chart of Accounts, Cost Center, etc.). **Other:** + Prepare audit-related schedules and documentation. + Prepare local financial statements and respond to audit queries. + Identify and implement improvement solutions in financial operations. + Serve as the main contact for financial matters and support SAP S4/HANA implementation. **Who You Are:** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce or equivalent; ACCA, CPA preferred. + Minimum 7 years of experience, 5 years in an Accountant or audit role. + Proficient in accounting principles and SAP software. + Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines. + Strong communication and relationship management skills. + Proficient in project management and working in matrixed environments. + Comfortable with dynamic, changing environments. + Able to travel for business as needed. + Language skills: English, Spanish. \#LI-DC1 **Who we are** A healthier future drives us to innovate.
