We are looking for a Country Business Unit Manager to lead our EA business in Peru, ensuring sustainable growth and alignment with our regional and global strategy.What will you be responsible for?Ensure the implementation of regional and global strategies for EA in Peru, driving profitable growth across products, systems, solutions, and IoT services.Lead and develop the EA team in Peru, fostering skills, competencies, and high performance.Strengthen our presence in key verticals such as utilities, energy-intensive industries, and infrastructure, ensuring strong customer relationships.Drive business in sustainability, enabling customers’ transition towards carbon neutrality through EA’s portfolio.Oversee project sales, execution standards, and operational practices to ensure successful delivery.Expand market coverage through direct and indirect channels, including distributors and strategic partners.Act as the country-level ambassador of EA in internal and external engagements.What do we expect from you?+10 years of experience in sales, business development, or project solutions in the energy and electricity sector, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.Strong understanding of utility (energy / electrical) and industrial markets, including project and solution sales.Background in P&L management, project execution, or product management, ideally with sustainability-oriented initiatives.Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop teams, make strategic decisions, and deliver results under pressure.Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.Solid knowledge of medium and high-voltage systems, control and protection, and digitalization trends in energy systems.Why join Siemens?In Siemens, you will lead one of our most strategic businesses in Peru, working closely with regional and global leaders to shape the future of energy automation.
