Country Business Development Manager – Hungary

Location: Budapest, Hungary

Key Responsibilities:

Follow-up the existing customers, execute sales and develop the existing customer data base in the Industrial applications (paints, coatings, dry mortars, adhesives, drilling, printing). Maintain and expand current business by achieving monthly & annual budget targets. Build good, long-term partnerships, providing technical advice & support to the customers, as well as negotiating and closing contracts. Show full ownership for the product management and sales tasks dedicated to the role.

Qualifications & Skills:

Academic engineering background is necessary (Chemical background can be an advantage). At least 3 years working experience in sales of chemicals, and existing knowledge & network within this market. Good command of the English language, and PC literacy (CRM, MS Office). Driving license & open to travel over Hungary. High achiever, able to identify customer needs and translate them into business opportunities. Entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about achieving goals/targets. Self-motivated, with advanced communication and negotiation skills.
