Who You Are
As a Counterintelligence Debriefer, you are experienced at facilitating adjudication interviews to include CI activities and conducting investigations. You are an expert at collecting, protecting, and reporting information related to foreign intelligence entities' and their intentions and capabilities.
What You’ll Do
Conduct investigations of suspected espionage, sabotage, and other national security threats
Manage CI candidates and facilitate adjudication interviews
Adhere to all applicable U.S. HUMINT collection regulations, policies, laws, and standards
Collect, protect, and report information related to foreign intelligence entities' capabilities and intentions
Maintain detailed operational records to assist in source validation processes
Providing support for multidisciplinary counterintelligence products
Analyze, select, exploit, and neutralize CI targets
Identifying and countering activities of foreign adversaries that pose a threat to the IC and DoD
Other duties as assigned
What You Need to Have - Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI with polygraph
Bachelor’s degree Or; equivalent years of experience and an Associate's degree in-lieu of.
3+ years of professional work experience in relevant area.
Experience with Interviewing, debriefing, and/or elicitation, and drafting detailed reports
Experience in providing CI Awareness briefings and presentations
Experience working with DoD, IC elements, and supporting contractor base
Experience in coordinating, collaborating, and deconflicting issues with IC partners
Experience in writing Intelligence Information Reports (IIR) responsive to the DoD CI collection requirements
Desired Qualifications:
Degree in relevant area, such as Foreign Area Studies, International Relations, Security Studies, History, Behavioral Science, Criminal Justice, Space Systems, or Political Science
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience
Strong people skills to influence, collaborate and work effectively with all levels of internal and external leadership
