Counter Representative

Our client, a leading provider in the retail parts industry, is seeking a Counter Representative to join their team. As a Counter Representative, you will be part of the customer service team supporting trade professionals and DIY customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a strong customer service orientation which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Counter Representative

Location: Burlington, MA

Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm

What's the Job?

Provide an excellent selling experience for our trade professional and DIY customer in-store visits and phone calls. Maintain store product inventory levels and pick and consolidate orders. Build relationships with our customers and associates. Perform warehouse duties including putting away stock and picking orders. Light driving (pick-up truck) for deliveries.

What's Needed?

6 months recent warehouse/customer service experience. 1-2 years of Microsoft Suite experience, including Outlook, Teams, and data entry. Counter experience in wholesale distribution. Great customer service and communication skills. A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
