RESPONSIBILITIES

 

We’re looking for a Counter Manager to join our Lux Sales team. Reporting to a Retail Manager/ BA Trainer, you will maximize COTY corporate values through sales activities and engage customers.

 

Lux Sales team にJoinして頂けるカウンターマネジャーを募集しております。

Retail Manager及びBA Trainerにレポートして頂きながら、店頭でのセールス活動を通して、コティが持つコーポレートバリューを最大化して頂く事が最大のミッションになります。

The team consists of Retail Operations, and you will work closely together with several departments such as Marketing Commercial and Sales, Finance, Supply Chain teams. All your colleagues are collaborative, and you will receive tremendous support for you to excel in this role.

 

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to make a difference. As an experienced Sales professional, you will share your valuable experience with the team, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you should also have the following requirements:

Over 3 years demonstrated experience in Luxury Beauty cosmetics Over 3 years demonstrated experience at Department Stores Over 1 year demonstrated experience for counter manager Problem solving skills
