Responsible for the management of the Counseling and Career Preparation Programs (CPP). Provides oversight of student counseling services and individual student case management to ensure student progress, retention and completion of the Job Corps program. Partners with OA and CTS staff to ensure student transitional support during the OA/CPP and CTR/CTS phases of Job Corps. Works closely with the Social Development department to ensure seamless case management services to students. Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.

Bachelor’s degree (including at least 15 semester hours in Social Services-related instruction) from an accredited school required. Master’s degree from an accredited school preferred. A minimum of two years of experience in program management and direction. Substantial experience working with youth. Prefer Job Corps or related program experience.

Supervises and manages the Counseling & Career Preparation Programs and staff.
