Job Description
The Strategic Program Manager of Global Media Systems will be responsible for the creation and executional oversight of critical programs of work in support of the strategic global media platform goals of the Groupe. This candidate will be a key contributor to global media platform adoption, standardization, and optimization efforts. The candidate will report directly to the VP of Global Media Systems.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience managing large media platform programs within either a large agency or major platform/supplier environment.
**Overview**

If so, Publicis Re:Sources is looking for someone like you to join its legal team supporting Epsilon Data Management, LLC (Epsilon). The ideal candidate will provide sound legal advice and counsel to Epsilon and business units within Publicis Groupe who are focused on digital business transformation, ecommerce, other technology, media and data. Each day in this role will be different, as this position supports a variety of activities.
**Responsibilities**
**KEY DELIVERABLES**
+ Contract drafting and negotiations with external clients, vendors and partners
+ Acting as the main touchpoint for Epsilon
+ Guiding business teams on day-to-day operational issues
+ Other various duties expected of a general practitioner
**GENERAL DUTIES**
+ Negotiate, review, and draft a variety of agreements, with a particular focus on client master service agreements, statements of work and agreements with vendors
+ Research and provide concise advice on a wide variety of matters related to technology, media and data
+ Work closely and collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, finance, operations, security, risk, privacy experts, business development, and account teams on a variety of matters, which might include IP matters, data ownership, data privacy compliance, dispute resolution, and internal reporting
+ Work as a liaison with various teams including privacy, client-facing account teams, technology teams, product teams, and compliance.
+ Provide legal and best practices training and recommendations to management and account teams
+ Make proactive contributions that maximize departmental efficiencies and simplify processes
+ Maintain awareness and understanding of the latest developments in the law and industry standards as they relate to Epsilon
+ Provide support to senior members of the legal team

+ Ability to manage large volume of competing priorities strategically and practically without sacrificing attention to detail
+ Ability to manage clients (both internal and external) with a customer service oriented approach
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex legal issues and provide practical solutions
+ Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex legal issues to non-legal stakeholders
**Qualifications**
The experience and education qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
+ JD from accredited law school
+ Current membership in good standing of a state bar, preferably Illinois
+ 1-3 years’ experience as an attorney at a national or recognized regional law firm and, preferably, experience as an in-house attorney in a related field
+ Experience negotiating, interpreting and drafting commercial agreements
+ Subject matter expertise in technology, media, data, advertising, and/or privacy is a plus
**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
+ Use of computer, speaking on telephone
+ Writing
+ Daily carrying laptop and occasional lifting of file boxes
+ Ability to travel
**WORK** **CONDITIONS**
+ Hybrid role, requires coming into office. Preference for candidates located near Publicis Re:Sources location in Chicago
+ Some limited travel may be required
+ Weekend, evening work (home internet access) as needed
