Council Facilitator Lead

We’re looking for a Council Facilitator Lead to join our People  Team!

What you’ll do:

Serve as the primary contact, planner and Council facilitator for the EMEA region

Proactively anticipates needs of company and develops and adapts Council curriculum to fit those needs

Proactively outreach to people managers, country general managers and client managers to cultivate partnerships across EMEA

Collaborate with other team members to identify, design, and implement opportunities for support while ensuring clear communication and transparency of roles and expectations to streamline programming

Collaborate with facilitators across globe in development and implementation of Council-related activities, events, initiatives as needed

Lead and manage multifaceted projects, including organizing retreats, leadership summits, client experiences, etc. across various offices.

Adhere to Council policies, procedures and guidelines

Perform other Council-related tasks as assigned

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Experienced group facilitator

Ability to work onsite and travel, as needed

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confident in presenting information to broad audiences

Communicates clearly and concisely in complex situations, especially when dealing with issues

Able to operate autonomously

Conceptual, systems-focused thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and drive solutions

Excellent in establishing business relationships and ability to coach others; solid source of judgment and expertise, ability to influence in a complex, fast-paced environment

Acts as a change agent to drive large scale improvement.

Ability to work efficiently with technology in a fast and evolving environment as a team member

Experience with and able to actively demonstrate cross-cultural sensitivity

Self-starter who can produce quality work by effectively prioritizing work with specific action plans, identification of risks, and communication of goals.

Is able to manage relationships with internal and external partners, all while able to work independently and as part of a team

Expertise in Google Suite

Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively in a deadline driven environment

A passion for people and desire to consistently be a positive influence on the community

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

MA related to Counseling

Certified Council Facilitator or Trainer
