We’re looking for a **Costing Analyst** to support our contract manufacturing operations by ensuring compliance, managing supplier relationships, and contributing to cost and feasibility analysis. **What You’ll Do** Under close supervision, you will: + Conduct site visits to contract manufacturing facilities to observe production and testing of VF products and ensure compliance with quality standards and good manufacturing practices (GMPs). + Support contract supplier operations, including technical issues, quotations, vendor selection and evaluation, schedule conflicts, and quality concerns. + Act as a liaison between VF and third-party manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, compliant products. + Provide contractors with the necessary information to meet VF’s quality expectations. + Identify and evaluate potential new contractors, including financial stability assessments. + Coordinate the development of contractor documentation and manuals. + Respond to cost and feasibility requests and obtain vendor quotations. **What You Bring** + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.(Equivalent experience may be considered based on the role and hiring criteria.) + Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Proficiency in PC tools and systems. **Your Skills & Expertise** + Solid knowledge of a specialized area, gained through study or experience. + Applies principles and practices within a recognized professional field. + Follows standardized procedures and determines actions based on established guidelines. **Problem Solving & Decision Making** + Handles similar problems requiring fact-finding and basic analysis. + Solutions are typically found within standard operating processes. + Occasionally applies basic problem-solving techniques using prior experience. **Collaboration & Communication** + Exchanges technical and non-technical information with colleagues, supervisors, and external partners. + May interpret or clarify technical information to aid understanding. + Communicates clearly with audiences familiar with the subject matter. **Your Impact** + Contributes to short-term team performance and operational goals. + Plans and adjusts own work to meet objectives. + Supports broader cost and compliance initiatives. **Accountability** + Accountable for meeting individual targets that impact the immediate work area. + Work is reviewed periodically and contributes to the team’s overall success. + Aware of broader business and profitability considerations.
