About the Team

Team located in Wrocław, PL. Responsible for the implementation of cost reduction projects. Working in a multi-cultural environment and daily cooperation with different functions and different ZF teams worldwide.

 

What you can look forward to as a Cost Savings Project Manager:

Leading, managing, and inspiring cross-functional international projects. Managing project budget and team resources, set up financials of the project and ensuring data accuracy, in charge of creation the Business Case and ensuring to stay in the BC targets and milestones. Anticipating risks, managing risk mitigation actions, and initiating necessary escalations. Definition and verification of individual project goals for each project member in the project team. Assuring compliance to ZF and the customer’s standard processes, driving continuous improvements.

 

Your Profile as a Cost Savings Project Manager:

Higher education in management, finance, economics, or a related field. Previous experience in project management (leading at least one project from beginning to SOP), remote management, and value management will be an advantage. Knowledge of requirements and risk management. Knowledge of MS Project. Previous experience from the manufacturing industry. Fluent in English and Polish, German will be an advantage.
