The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting the Trading cost and Manufacture Plant cost management, and other costing business, and various activities such as cost process and solution design,cost analysis, pricing strategy, and financial reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong presentation skills and able to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholdersProven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, international work environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex cost issuesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationshipsProficient in Mandarin Chinese is a plusPMP certification is preferredSAP (Certified Application Associate or higher in relevant modules)CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)
This position will be based at our North America Headquarters in Raleigh, NC. Candidates that are already local to Raleigh, NC are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Cost Management Support : Provide robust support for the trading and manufacturing cost management initiatives, This includes conducting in-depth cost process solution and design to identify cost-saving opportunities and implementing strategies to enhance overall cost-effectiveness.collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and refine costing models and methodologies. Ensure that costing processes align with business objectives and industry best practices.Conduct comprehensive cost process analysis to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to deliver accurate and timely information.Pricing Strategy Development : Contribute to the development and implementation of pricing strategies that balance profitability and market competitiveness. Provide market trends analysis insight, competitor pricing, and customer demand to inform pricing decisions. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of pricing strategies.Collaboration and Coordination : Ensure seamless coordination with key teams such as Global Supply Chain (GSC) to maintain high service quality and efficiency. Foster strong working relationships and effective communication channels to facilitate smooth collaboration and information sharing.Project Management : Lead and manage costing-related projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery within defined timelines and budgets. Apply project management methodologies and tools to plan, monitor, and control project activities. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.Process Design and Improvement : Utilize your expertise in business process design to identify areas for improvement in costing processes. Design and implement streamlined and efficient costing workflows, leveraging digital tools and technologies to enhance productivity and accuracy.Presentation and Communication : Deliver high-quality presentations to senior management, stakeholders, and team members, effectively communicating complex costing concepts and data. Ensure clear and concise communication of key findings, recommendations, and action items.Basic Qualifications:
5+ years in the field of enterprise financial digital transformation, with a strong focus on costing and cost managementBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, SAP consultant,Business Administration, or a related discipline2+ years of project management experienceStrong understanding of costing principles, methodologies, and best practicesExperience with digital tools and technologies used in financial analysis and reportingSAP experiencePreferred Qualifications:
