Job Description This role is responsible for ensuring financial efficiency, assessing the viability of business proposals, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing insights to drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining compliance with financial standards.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Evaluate business proposals, operating expenses, and capital expenditures from project sponsors in a timely and relevant manner.•Assist in financial modeling and scenario planning for business proposals.•Lead or assist proponents in post-reviewing business proposals.•Assist in reviewing project benefit realization.•Analyze and monitor monthly operating (OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX).•Prepare a monthly marketing expense analysis.•Support the execution and monitoring of the Cost Transformation program.•Assist with budget planning and financial forecasting.•Assist in reviewing the annual OPEX and CAPEX budget•Collaborate with procurement and other support teams to assess OPEX and CAPEX availments.•Provide financial support and expertise for major initiatives, including but not limited to new business models, channels, strategies, partnerships, and other relevant projects as needed.KPIs:
•Achievement of Consolidated GSR target•Achievement of Consolidated EBIT target•Achievement of the Cost Transformation Program target.•Prompt and accurate analysis, monitoring reports, and business proposal reviews.•Detailed review and timely completion of budget/forecast OPEX, CAPEX, and key drivers.
