1. Education:

This position requires a university diploma in accounting or equivalent experience. A bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred.

2. Skills and abilities:

Excellent attendance record. Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and systems. Experience with Oracle and MRP is preferred. Ability to communicate, manage correspondence, and create procedures in English (85%) and Spanish. Ability to develop reports and communicate with management. Capable of performing analysis and solving problems in various situations to recommend solutions and cost savings. Ability to make presentations using Excel and PowerPoint, communicate via email, and interpret managerial instructions in English (85%) and Spanish. Strong teamwork skills and commitment to continuous improvement. Positive attitude and initiative in performing job responsibilities.

3. Experience:

This position requires a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience.

Verify the official Labor Utilization (LU) reported in the daily Sales and Productivity report and assist in identifying issues with LU as reported on the Daily Management Board (DMB) by department. Maintain records of Self Assessment Tests (ASAT) and evaluations according to the compliance calendar. Prepare various studies, reports, and analyses as requested. Ask questions and drive cost-saving initiatives across all departments in the plant. Comply with all environmental and safety regulations and standards. Perform other assigned tasks and responsibilities.
