Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled, meticulous, and insightful Cost Controller to manage cost operations across our entire organization. In this role, you will collaborate with department heads to analyze expenditures, evaluate vendor relationships, and drive profitability. Success in this position requires a strong ability to optimize efficiency, solve problems, and apply resourcefulness, all while maintaining a commitment to financial goals without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities & Purpose:
- Oversee and manage all food, beverage, and operational costs
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly cost control reports
- Perform regular inventory audits and address any discrepancies
- Verify purchase orders, invoices, and receiving reports against actual goods delivered
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and budgetary guidelines
- Collaborate with purchasing, kitchen, and storage teams to minimize waste and prevent theft
- Analyze consumption trends and propose cost-reduction initiatives
- Assist in menu pricing and cost analysis
- Ensure proper procedures for storage, issuing, and receiving are consistently followed
- Support the finance team during audits and end-of-month financial closings

Qualifications

• College diploma in Hotel Management or related field
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant and Banquet operation
• Passion for leadership and teamwork
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
• Excellent guest service skills
