The Opportunity

 

Excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team. Cost Coordinators provide disciplined financial analysis support, guidance and oversight to project teams and/or department team members.  Support standard practices in corporate guidelines, cost reporting and cost analysis.  Proficiently utilize systems and analytical techniques in support of project budgets, actual costs and expenditures, change management, productivity, forecasting, total indicated cost, Owner and subcontractor invoicing (AIA), associated project accounts receivables and payables, gross margin reports, and variance reports.

Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities:  

Collaboration: Support cost analysts and project teams with cost reporting, change management, analysis, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.Documentation: Prepare and process owner AIA invoices, subcontractor pay requests, and all related documentation.Reporting: Generate variance reports, and change orders, general conditions, forecasts and risk analysis.Collection & Review: Coordinate subcontractor-related functions, including equipment rental programs, certified payrolls, and Notice of Subcontract Awards submissions. Qualifications

To qualify for the role, you must have 

 4-year degree in associated area or equivalent professional training and experienceGood communication skills, be a self-starter and accurateFlexibility and ability to multi-task Proficiency with accounting software

 

Ideally, you’ll also have 

 Construction accounting experienceExperience with CMIC and/or Textura Willingness to travel EEO/AA Employer M/F/D/V
