Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (such as SCALA) are essential. Candidates must demonstrate good communication, organizational abilities, and a high level of integrity. Experience in supervising a team and familiarity with hotel inventory and cost procedures are strong advantages. Flexibility to work varied hours and a proactive, problem-solving mindset are also key to success in this role.
