Job Description:

Lead budgeting process, collaborating cross-functionallyOversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cash flow.Analyze and reduce costs across procurement, scrap, labor, and technical processesGenerate regular and ad-hoc payroll and operational cost reportsConduct detailed financial analysis to support operational leadership and business decisionsPartner with quality, engineering, and supply teams to implement CI projectsProvide financial forecasting, reporting, and performance insights for leadershipMaintain GAAP compliance and manage internal financial controlsUtilize ERP and spreadsheet tools to manage and present financial data

Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of cost accounting experience (ideally in manufacturing)ERP experience in SAP, Oracle or JD EdwardsExperienced in Excel - Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP'sCPA or CMA certificationExperience with Power BI or Tableau
