Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Overall responsibilities and duties:
佛吉亚青岛工厂成本核算和财务分析
The main missions of the role are:
o    确保年度标准成本计算的可靠性，按时发布新年度标准成本
o    负责定义成本中心和确保SAP系统中的信息与成本中心的信息一致
o    负责日常标准成本的发布及跟踪
o    全面负责工厂月结工作，确保财务报表的可靠性
o    负责集团管理报表中材料成本、人工成本、运费等与实际成本的差异分析
o    负责集团管理报表中项目利润及资产的正确填报
o    定期和各部门回顾内控调查问卷，完成内控自评工作
o    协助年度存货年终盘点工作
o    协助外部审计完成公司年度审计工作及汇算清缴工作
o    协助内部审计完成公司内部审计工作
o    负责完成对外的税务/统计报告等
o    负责关联方相关业务沟通解决

人员职责Staff responsibilities :
o    遵守公司各项HSE规定，遵守作业指导书要求，服从管理人员的管理，未经授权和培训禁止操作相应机器
o    参加公司组织的各项培训，认真学习，确认理解并遵守
o    按照要求佩戴PPE劳保用品，爱护并维护

o    确保完全遵守HSE规章制度
o    团队合作
o    保证内部与外部的完全和及时地沟通
o    与其他部门的密切合作

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level:

Minimum education level：本科及以上学历（财务/会计）

Professional Experience:

5年及以上的制造业相关工作经验

Skills and competencies:

o    熟悉SAP等工厂信息系统及流程
o    良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神
o    具备一定的的英语表达能力
o    具备成本控制分析经验和相关税务实务

o    熟知《道德规范》、《管理规范》和《利益（冲突）声明表格》中规定的相关内容。在任职期间，遵守各项条款规定并遵照执行
o    严格遵守HSE规则和条例
o    培育创新,管理复杂情况, 以客户为中心,  追求结果& 协作
