Key Responsibilities: * Cost Analysis: Conduct thorough cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations for cost control and reduction * Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals * Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including variance analysis, to management and stakeholders * Data Management: Maintain and update cost accounting systems and databases to ensure accurate and timely financial information * Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and operations, to gather data and provide financial insights * Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in cost accounting and financial reporting * Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
