**Overview** The Cost Accounting Lead is a hybrid role that combines hands-on cost accounting responsibilities with leadership of the billing function. This position supports the Aftermarket Solutions business unit by managing cost analysis, inventory control, and financial reporting, while also supervising two billing specialists.
