In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Assist in preparing and analyzing cost reports and budgets Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes Monitor and report on manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and cost variances Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to understand cost drivers Maintain cost accounting records and documentation Help identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement Participate in internal audits and compliance reviews Prepare and input accounting journal entries, documentation and financial reporting data to support accurate & timely financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and corporate financial policies. Prepare account reconciliations and reviews, to ensure proper balance sheet valuation and reporting. Prepare and communicate monthly analysis of manufacturing variances and recommend actions for improvement Partner with site operations to develop and review standards costs & product cost performance Assist with asset audits and internal control reviews, including documentation, to ensure effective financial controls. Support the Annual Physical inventory count and periodic cycle counts. Assist in identifying and driving best in class process improvement strategies for North America sites Support system updates and maintenance. Update process documentation including accounting policies and proceduresWho You Are:

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The starting salary for this role is $58,000-$62,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
