Job Title: COST CONTROL ANALYST! Responsibilities + Serve as the primary financial partner for operations, evaluating the cost impact of changes in manufacturing processes. + Collaborate with Supply Chain to analyze inventory variances and develop strategies to meet financial targets. + Support monthly financial reviews, including variance analysis and performance reporting. + Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic financial projections. + Provide financial support for daily operations and ad hoc business initiatives. + Maintain and enhance financial systems used for reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. + Support the evaluation and management of capital expenditure projects. + Prepare ad hoc reports and perform special assignments as needed. Essential Skills + Proficiency in cost accounting, Excel, and ERP systems. + Expertise in cost analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis. + Strong understanding of inventory accounting and reconciliation. + Experience with month-end processes, SAP, Oracle, and financial statement preparation. + Knowledge of budgeting, general ledger, GAAP, and financial reporting. + Ability to perform audits, analysis, and manage standard costs. + CPA certification or equivalent knowledge. + Skill in journal entry, fixed asset management, and bank reconciliation. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $47.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
