In BorgWarner El Salto, Jalisco we are seeking a highly experienced and motivated professional to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial processes, and a proactive approach to cost management and investment evaluation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in public accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.Minimum of 6 years of experience in Finance.At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Cost Accounting.Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, BAAN, and/or JDE).Advanced Excel skills.Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).Solid knowledge of Inventory Management, Supply Chain, and general Finance operations.Experience in evaluating investment projects.Skilled in preparing financial forecasts and budgets.Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is a plus.Proven experience in team leadership and personnel management.
