**Description** The Contract for Organizing Spaceflight Mission Operations and Systems (COSMOS) program specifies technical, managerial, and administrative work needed to ensure the availability, integrity, reliability, and security of the Flight Operations Directorate (FOD) Mission Systems supporting National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) space flight programs requiring mission operations and training support. Mission operations includes the systems and subsystems of integrated hardware, software, networks, telecommunications, data displays, training, and mockups used in preparation for and performance of mission operations. The objective of this program is to maintain and improve safe, secure, effective, and cost-efficient operations of the Mission Systems.
