JOB DESCRIPTION
The Financial Analyst III is responsible for preparing accurate and timely Statements of Expenditures for each Development Partner. Additionally, they support Financial Analyst V/IV in ensuring the propriety, accuracy, completeness, and legality of financial transactions. They also assist in the prompt release of funds to field offices and the timely and accurate submission of financial reports in compliance with Loan Agreements and the Disbursement and Financial Information Letter.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Record and control the monitoring sheets of the Purchase Order of PAMANA Peace and
Development.
2. Review and process Disbursement Vouchers (DVs) of PAMANA Peace and
Development.
3. Encode and record the monthly Budget Utilization Report (BUR) of PAMANA Peace and
Development.
4. Track and record monthly disbursements of PAMANA Peace and Development.
5. Review and record liquidation reports of LGU- PAMANA Peace and Development;
6. Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor/head of office or in the exigency of service.

4. Budget Utilization Report;
