Participates in the selection/promotion of staff, salary change considerations, and disciplinary matters.Conducts performance evaluations and resolves grievances. Conference with departments responsible for contracts, environmental compliance, and right-of-way procurement.Prepares project contract drawings, specifications and bid invitations.Plans, coordinates, and manage projects based on the priority level to maintain compliance.Consults Technical Service Manager and other corporate support groups on major projects, budget proposals, and priorities.Prepares and reviews Company's notifications to various agencies, companies, and committees of corrosion protection systems, compliance data and documentation.Maintains required records, including assembly, compilation, and review of PCS/CPDM data. Education:

Associate degree in Engineering / Electrical Technology, or related field from an accredited school or relevant professional experience that has developed equivalent technical, project management, and corrosion-control/prevention skills.
