The Opportunity
We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Corridor Access Request (CAR) Coordinator to join our growing Energy and Utilities team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
In this critical role, you will ensure that our operational teams are equipped with the necessary Work Access Permits (WAPs) to perform fieldwork efficiently and compliantly. You’ll play a key role in meeting service level agreements (SLAs), while ensuring adherence to Dower policies and Road Controlling Authorities’ requirements.
This role will be based out of our Kerrs Road office in Auckland and will directly report into the CARs Team Lead.
What we are looking for
Structured, organised and able to work to deadlinesAbility to take initiative and resolve issues proactivelyA positive attitude and willingness to learnTTMP/STMS/TMO qualification would be beneficial however, isn’t essentialExperience in and knowledge of the temporary traffic management industry and/or the telecommunications industry is beneficial, especially if related to Corridor Access Requests and/or producing Traffic Management PlansKnowledge of Council, Regulatory bodies and/or relevant authorities would be beneficialPrevious experience with using Submitica and/or My Work Sites systems to submit CAR requests to local councils would be beneficialKnowledge of CoPTTM/NZGTTM/National Code of Practive for Utility Operators’ Access to Transport Corridors would be beneficialFlexible working environmentOpportunity for career growth with structured frameworks and supportive-inclusive team Competitive Salary and Employee Benefits Valued and respected position, with supportive and experienced teamWork for a major ASX-listed companyWhat we offer
