As a corporate wellness trainer at Gallup, you’ll educate and empower associates on their journey to better health. From personalized fitness assessments to corporate wellness events, you’ll use your expertise and energy to motivate others toward sustainable wellbeing — one rep, one meal plan and one conversation at a time.
What You’ll Do
Conduct one-on-one fitness assessments and coaching sessions with Gallup associates Guide associates in learning personalized exercise routines and developing wellness goals Create customized health programs, including fitness and nutrition plans Serve as an accountability partner for Gallup associates Educate associates on health topics and preventive wellness Plan and host engaging corporate wellness events, such as 5Ks and group challengesWho We Want

Current certification in personal training, health coaching, fitness program instruction or a related area required Experience working at least part time in a wellness or fitness trainer role required Availability to work 15-25 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, in Gallup’s on-site fitness center; hours are flexible between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. based on employees’ needs, appointments and events Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorshipWhat You’ll Experience

Gallup offers several benefits for part-time associates, including a fully vested 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching, an employee stock ownership program and an employee assistance program. We also offer an estimated hourly range of $24-$28 for this role. Hourly pay is based on a variety of factors, including an individual’s education, experience and skills.
