Your Responsibilities:

Assist business clients with travel bookings and inquiriesDeliver personalized customer support via phone and emailManage travel reservations and changes with accuracyBuild strong client relationships through proactive communicationEnsure a seamless, efficient, and high-quality service experience

What We’re Looking For:

Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written)Minimum 6 months’ experience in the travel industry or customer serviceProficiency with a GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) is requiredStrong customer service skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindsetAbility to prioritize tasks and remain composed under pressureExcellent communication skills and team spiritConfidence in handling client requests with precision and initiative
