Job Summary/Description:
We're looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Corporate Traffic Manager to join our growing Corporate Traffic Operations Team. In this leadership role, you will report directly to the VP of Traffic Operations. You'll oversee traffic operations across multiple markets, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and a high standard of customer service.
You'll work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Programming, and Market Traffic Managers, to implement best practices and drive revenue through optimized traffic workflows. This position requires a hands-on leader with deep broadcast traffic experience, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for mentoring high-performing teams.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Lead and support a team managing daily log production across multiple markets, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
* Partner with Sales Management and local Traffic Managers to streamline workflows, troubleshoot issues, and identify process improvements
* Mentor and develop team members to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
* Collaborate cross-functionally to align operational practices with broader company goals
* Promote and enforce best practices for compliance and operational excellence
* Embrace a team-first mentality while taking ownership of assigned tasks and projects
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 5+ years of experience in traffic operations within television, radio, or cable
* Strong knowledge of WideOrbit Traffic or similar broadcast traffic systems
* Demonstrate leadership experience, with a track record of managing teams and developing talent
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
