Duties: * Tax Compliance - timely and accurate filing of federal, state, and local tax returns * Tax Planning and Strategy - develop and implement tax strategies * Tax Audits - coordinate and manage tax audits and prepare documentation * Financial Reporting - prepare and review tax related financial statements and along with the related financial statement 10-Q and 10-K disclosures ensure accurate tax provision calculations in accordance with accounting standards (ASC740) * Advisory Role - provide tax related advice to Senior Management * Research and Analysis - conduct research on complex tax issues, stay updated on tax law changes * Assists with budget process
