Corporate Sustainability Reporting Lead, Senior Associate, Remote

This role will be part of the Employee & Community Experience team, focused on Global Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting and sustainability initiatives. Key responsibilities include data collection, collaboration with third-party providers for GHG emissions inventory, supporting sustainability goals, responding to client requests, and engaging with ESG rating agencies. The qualifications required are 3-5 years of experience in ESG reporting, proficiency in sustainability frameworks, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Assess, develop and implement data collection and reporting processes aligned with regulatory disclosure requirements Work with third-party providers to prepare the annual GHG emissions inventory  Support the development and implementation of sustainability goals, targets, and initiatives. Serve as primary point of contact and respond to ESG related client and RFP requests Assist in preparation of annual Corporate Social Responsibility report through content collection and validation Stay current with regulatory and industry developments related to ESG, as well as stay updated on emerging reporting frameworks, standards, and best practices and communicate this information to relevant parties, ensuring compliance with the new reporting Directives and Regulations (such as CSRD, emerging state regulations)  Engage with ESG rating agencies such as ISS, MSCI, Sustainalytics, etc. to understand the mechanisms behind the rating, and develop strategy to drive positive outcomes. Partner with relevant departments to assist in benchmarking of ESG disclosures relative to our peers, industry trends, and best practices  Serve as primary liaison for Sustainability Network (employee engagement)  
 

Qualifications 

3 – 5 years ESG reporting, strategy, data management, and/or regulatory reporting and compliance  Demonstrated proficiency in sustainability-related frameworks, standards, and disclosure requirements, inclusive of CSRD, ISSB, GRI, UN SDGs, SASB, TCFD, CDP, Ecovadis, GHG protocols) Strong analytical, data management, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to build processes from the ground up, working effectively in environments with limited structure or precedent. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying opportunities and driving clarity in evolving or undefined situations. Excel proficiency.This is an individual contributor role.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $85,000-$115,000.  The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.  Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $97,750-$132,250. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
