A Typical Day
The Program Manager, Corporate Sustainability drives and supports company-wide sustainability programs and initiatives, encompassing corporate philanthropy, culture and engagement, workplace inclusion, and sustainability reporting. This role involves comprehensive project management, tracking key metrics, conducting research to inform strategic sustainability efforts, and collaborating with various internal stakeholders. The Program Manager provides essential project management and analytical support, ensuring program deliverables consistently align with leadership expectations and the company’s core values and strategic goals.
The Program Manager, Corporate Sustainability will:
+ PROGRAM MANAGEMENT & EXECUTION
+ Report to and partner with Managing Director, Corporate Sustainability to manage and track multiple concurrent sustainability projects through all stages of the project life cycle, ensuring timely task execution and objective achievement
+ Drive the implementation of sustainability projects and initiatives by developing processes, documentation, and communications for rollout and ongoing support
+ Support the planning and execution of corporate philanthropy initiatives, identifying opportunities for synergy with sustainability goals
+ Manage and coordinate key employee engagement and inclusion events and programs, ensuring alignment with broader corporate sustainability priorities
+ Implement strategies aimed at maximizing the Company’s positive governance, social and environmental impacts and achieving its strategic initiatives
+ METRICS, REPORTING & ANALYSIS
+ Track, analyze, and report on key sustainability performance metrics
+ Prepare and deliver insightful communications and presentations on sustainability progress and outcomes for internal stakeholders
+ Use analytical skills to translate metrics and research into actionable insights for program improvement
+ STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT & COLLABORATION
+ Partner with internal teams (e.g., Internal Communications, Corporate Marketing, Human Resources, Business Resource Group Leaders and Site- and Division-Based Culture teams, Facilities and other teams) to identify and support sustainability-related initiatives and engagement efforts
+ ADMINISTRATION & DEPARTMENT SUPPORT
+ Manage budget tracking and vendor relationships related to sustainability programs, ensuring timely processing by Accounts Payable
+ Demonstrates behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and core values
+ Performs other related duties as required and assigned
What You’ll Bring
+ Bachelor's Degree in corporate sustainability, environmental science, business administration, human resources, communications, sociology or related fields
+ Experience in program management, corporate sustainability, human resources, culture and engagement initiatives, philanthropy, or volunteerism
+ Demonstrated effectiveness managing and multitasking corporate initiatives and programs in a fast-paced environment
+ Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and drive initiatives through to successful completion
+ Strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into actionable insights
+ Current knowledge and understanding of industry recommended practices, combined with a proactive approach to advancing sustainability and managing the company's governance, social, and environmental impacts
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience in facilitation and presentation
+ Proven ability to build strong relationships and engage effectively with all levels of the organization
+ Committed and passionate about driving positive business outcomes, with a strong attention to detail

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
+ Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
+ Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
+ Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
