We’re hiring a Corporate Strategy Manager to join our Corporate Strategy Team. This is a high-impact role is responsible for leading complex strategic initiatives, including market assessments, competitive analysis, and business case development for new growth opportunities. The position partners closely with senior leadership across functions to identify strategic priorities and drive the company's growth.

What you will be doing Lead data-rich market assessments, competitive analyses, and business case development for new growth opportunitiesIdentify and address performance gaps, risks, and optimization opportunitiesShape and translate strategy into actionable plans with metrics driven outcomes (KPIs/OKRs)Act as a trusted advisor to executives, guiding decision-making on strategic priorities, investments, and organizational performanceCommunicate analysis and insights with executive-ready presentationsSupport M&A, partnership, and capability investment decisionsMentor and coach team members, contributing to the growth of the strategy function What will make you successful 7–10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, consulting, or a similar strategic roleProven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignmentStrong analytical problem-solving, analytical and financial skills; able to assess ROI and market viabilityExcellent communication and storytelling skills, especially for executive audiencesExperience leading high-priority, high-impact initiatives independentlyComfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDeep understanding of strategic frameworks (e.g., strategy maps, Mekkos, balanced scorecards)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

Bonus Skills

Experience with strategic planning tools and dashboards (e.g., OKRs, KPIs)Experience with M&A or partnership evaluationFamiliarity with SQL, Excel modeling, or analytics toolsBackground in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology-driven industriesExperience working in or with remote-first organizationsBased on individual states’ employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements: base salary range of $124,000-$155,000 and eligible for benefits
